1st/2nd GRADE LACROSSE PLAYERS AND PARENTS

We feel very privileged to be coaching your player(s) and are working very hard to ensure a positive experience is had by all.  Below is some preliminary information about the season. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call, email, or text.

Helmet and Other Equipment
Your player will need a helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, a mouth guard with lanyard, a protective cup, cleats, and a stick.  Cleats can be soccer, football, or lacrosse at this age. They should plan on wearing a t-shirt or long sleeve breathable shirt underneath their shoulder pads. Uniforms will be handed out at an upcoming practice.

Practices and Scrimmages
Our practices will be held two days a week along with several scrimmages with other local teams. The schedules will be shared via the TeamSnap app once registration closes.

Coaches and additional support
We need parent volunteers to serve as coaches in order to have teams across all grade levels (1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th).  No previous playing experience is needed. Support and training will be provided!

We’ll also be reaching out for additional side line support (time clock, scorekeeper, etc) as the season gets underway.

If you are interested in getting involved, please reach out to Chad Moros.

Looking forward to a great season! Go Lions!
